Powdered mix for making LACTOSE-FREE Cremino Caffè.

Method of preparation:

Mix 500 g of the mix with 1 litre of still water and 10 espressos (250 ml of coffee), then pour into the slush machine. Total volume of mix: approx. 1.75 litres (final product volume after processing: 2.3 litres). If using 50ml glasses, this will make 56 portions of cremino.

Gluten-free, lactose-free, free from hydrogenated fats, GMO-free.
